In order to burn fat fast, you must burn more calories than you take in from food every day. There are only two ways to do this:

1). Reduce your calories from food.
2). Burn your calories with exercise.


It may not be what people want to hear in today’s ‘microwave’ society (where everybody wants everything yesterday and with no effort whatsoever), but as you know, reducing calories alone is NEVER going to get you the results you are looking for.

Everyone understands weight loss is a multi-billion dollar a year industry. There is always someone else out there claiming the quick fix and pocketing for your money.

You will literally go through thousands of them looking for a diet that promises you will lose weight through diet alone without exercise.

You cannot lose weight fast, safely and permanently by reducing your diet alone.

Yet this is what most people do! They cut their calorie intake and do very little or no extra exercise and expect to lose fat. They continue to do the exact same thing they have always done, and expect to see different results!

They receive the immediate gratification of water and lean muscle tissue loss and think they are doing their body a great service. They would rather starve for the whole day feeling terrible, tired and a little bit sad for no reason. They suffer a rumbling tummy and do irreparable damage to their immune system for the sake of a few pounds off the scales.

Essential Ingredients for Maximum Fat Loss Per Day:

½ hour cardio exercise (brisk walking) every morning.
½ hour strength training exercise at any other time of the day.

In order to burn fat you must get oxygen around your system. The muscle you build will burn up to 15% extra fat for the rest of the day, even while resting. You are then REQUIRED to eat a good, healthy diet packed with protein and complex carbs to build your muscle and use the cardio to burn your fat.

I know this sounds the complete opposite of what the beauty industry would have you believe, but as you know the quick fix is worth billions of dollars a year to them. They know by keeping you overweight you are going to keep buying the next lose-weight-fast-with-no-effort-diet, pill, shake, bar or supplement. Do not give them one more cent of your money! They are lying to you!

This plan requires a little work on your behalf but ensures you will never lose precious fat burning muscle and life giving water. It will burn fat fast, efficiently and permanently without slowing your metabolism and doing irreversible damage to your body.

This diet and exercise plan is uncomplicated, but it is not a quick-fix.

It requires a little time, effort and determination on your part. It is however very easy to follow, easy to stick to and straightforward to maintain, all that is required is a little willpower and some serious goal setting on your behalf.

The 30 minutes brisk walking, jogging or stationery cycling should be done in the morning before breakfast because you have no available energy in your system from food. Your body has nothing to call on but fat stores which it is happy to let you have, due to the fact it feels safe it is going to get more. It also gets it out of the way first thing so you don’t spend the whole day dreading it, you can just feel the positive energy that you are working towards your goal. You may just need to get up half an hour earlier.

I advise you do the 30 minutes of the toning and shaping videos there in the toolbar once a day at any other time. Doing them separately gives you two metabolism boosts a day but if it is impossible don’t worry about it, simply do it all at once. The most important thing is to just do it.

I recommend getting a gym membership, but there is no excuse to not exercise if you can’t afford it. I love pump classes at the gym (weights classes to music), I love the burn and knowing that it is working.
